Literature Notes
(Theodor Adorno)

Publicidade
Translated for the first time in French in 1984, the notes on the literature gather a series of tests devoted to writers (Blanzac, Proust, Valéry, Beckett?) and with literary topics (the staut of the narrator, lyric poetry?). Aesthetic theories of Adorno rest on the idea that each art opens closes again contents of proper truth, that the critic has as a task to decipher. It reaches thus a form of single knowledge of the conditions of production of work, of the time and of the society who saw it being born: for Adorno the literary field is not a pretext to an application of philosophical or sociological theories , he is himself a philosoph and a knowledge tool.
