The Horse And His Boy
(C.S. Lewis)

Publicidade
Shasta is a young boy found by a Calormene fisherman and raised in a life of poverty, but he somehow knows he doesn't belong in Calormen. His luck changes when he and a Talking Horse named Bree make a break in the night for Narnia and the North, meeting along the way a warrior girl named Aravis and her Talking Horse, Hwin. Driven together by a terrifying unknown force, they band together in the mutual longing for freedom. Mixing in with royalty, strange creatures, and a peaceful hermit, they race against time to save Archenland and Narnia from the wicked Prince Rabadash as he attempts a bloody takeover. Join Shasta as he discovers his true identity and finds the freedom he's dreamt of all his life, meeting the great Aslan himself in the process.

Ranging from lowly slavery to the heights of nobility, The Horse and His Boy shows a beautiful example of the gallant reign of the Pevensie siblings and how they matured from innocent school kids to the noblest of all rulers in Narnia, with Aslan the Lion making signature appearances both discreet and outright. Children and adults who love the Narnia series will feel no difference from The Horse and His Boy.
