Resumo de Leadership Crisis - Dennys Robson Girardi

Brazil passes through very preoccupying and difficult times on it´shistory. We live a conjunctural crisis, we are slowly losing theleadership slight knowledge. When looking at the new election to come,ready to choose the new leader of the executive and to renew thelegislative, a doubt comes to mind: ?who should I vote to??.We do not want to be ?chaos´s prophets?, however we see that thecountry is side by side to a collapse. The crisis of authority andleadership that overcomes us took such a great proportion that toremain believing in this project it is a true incoherence, therefore weare not allowing the democratic maturity.We live in a total declining political structure, we are not ableto see a immediate solution, but we know that it is not enough tochange the representatives, it´s necessary to pursuit thereorganization, we need a new light. In an analysis, we see clearlythat the current structure is nothing more than a maintainance of fewin power, where the same parts turn the political engine. There is nocommon project of growth and real concern with Brazil in the decrepitcurrent model. But only a structure where personal projects aredefended, each new governor decides to invest in something different,not concearned with the continuity of the project initiated by hisantecessor. That means we are always observing a new beggining of thesame projects with different names.The organization is declining and does not allow a structure ofsolid maintenance. Thus, nothing functions as it should, the chaos isset in all the segments of society and in all governmental organs. Thehealth does not function, the education is close to chaos and thetaxation, in the other hand, is always increasing. However theassistencialism proposed, materialized in programs such as the FamilyPurse and the Popular Drugstore, functions at full range, grows at seensteps, everything with the intention to guarantee the re-election.The crisis is so great that nobody knows with certainty in who tovote. The lack of option makes us choose for who is already there. Thecrisis is so great that not even the biggest telecommunicationenterprise speaks itself out.In these times of difficult decisions, a corrupt country incorruption, we must be tough observers and systematicly supervise theeffectiveness of today´s education. Only a highly-educated country canchoose engaged representatives really pledged to the care of whatbelongs to all, the public welfare (Republic).
