Robert Langdon and Sophie Neveu have skilfully unlocked the gates of many minds. This book has figured itself in the 'Best Sellers' list within a span of a few months, thanks to the creative intellect Dan Brown. Everyone would agree that the book is worth reading, but the question that ponders in our mind is 'Is all this real?' Some people are of the opinion that any idiot can get famous by making fiction out of a highly controversial topic. Some of them totally regard this piece of literature as 'Total Crap!'. As it is directly to the truthfulness of the bible, the orthodox christians feel offended and have an aversion for this book. But most of them feel that everyone should experience the mystery, the thrill and the excitement of the novel. The fiction can get you addicted no doubt, but I feel that we should think twice before drawing the bottom line.Experiencing Dan Brown's creative genius must not be at the cost of your faith. So, most of them opine'Read it, Enjoy it, forget it'.We don't really have to believe what's in there but it would be foolish to put the book in the trash can only because its written with a different perspective. If our faith is true, then we wouldn't feel offended if Jesus was married. He was the son of God, but on earth he was still human and had human emotions. That musn't stop our devotion. We love him for his teachings, for the way he once loved us and yet continues to love us. A truly orthodox christian would hence enjoy the book and yet, feel unoffended. This has been proved by the author himself. He writes in his site that many priests thank him for having written the book and they feel that it isn't anti-christian. Hence, it makes a complete mockery of the situation in a few countries like India. The release of the film was banned in a few states and was rated A(you must be above 18 to view it) in the others. If there is anyone out there who hasn't yet seen Langdon unlocking the mystery, please do so.It won't be at the cost of your faith. This abstract was checked by WhiteSmoke Solution.
