A book by Sun Tzu, a generel and possibly the best military strategist who ever lived. Sun Tzus king, Ho Lo read his book (13 chapters) on warfare, and wanted to test his theories on managing soldiers. 180 women were brough out of the palace. Sun Tzu divided them in two companies, and explained - 'When I say 'left turn' face towards your left hand. When I say 'Right turn' you must face towards your right hand'. The drums were sounded to begin the drill, Sun Tzu ordered 'Right turn' and the girls only burst out laughing. Sun Tzu: 'If words of command are not clear, distinct, and thoughly understood then the general is to blame'. Sun Tzu drilled the girls once more, and when ordered 'Left turn' the girls burst into fits of laughter. Sun Tzu: 'When the general's orders ARE clear, yet the soldiers nevertheless disobey, it is the fault of their officers.' Sun Tzu had the first girls in both companies beheaded, and swiftly replaced with the girls next in-line. The drums sounded once more and the girls performed all orders given, not venturing to utter a sound. Following the drill Sun Tzu was appointed general. The 13 chapters in Sun Tzu's book are; 1. It is a highly detailed and fascinating book, written by a military mastermind strategist who lived and wrote his book thousands of years ago, Sun Tzu.
