Can You Take The Heat?
(Jim Ross; The WWE Superstars)
This goes out to all of those who enjoy both professional wrestling and cooking. As a fan of professional wrestling I thought that I would love to see what the superstars ate while they were on the road, or at home. See, I love cooking and this book has it all. Anything from appetizers, salads, soups, and deserts. This book was published in the year 2000 and it is chalk full of tasty recipes. For example Jerry The King Lawler's Chicken A' La King. It's one of my favorite recipes, and it goes well with either pasta or rice. This book also has recipes that you can get the kids involved with. One such recipe is Vicera's No Bake Cookies. My boyfriend and I had his nine year old daughter living with us for a while, so one night I decided that I would get her to help me make them for desert. Let me tell you, she had a blast, and there is absolutely no oven or baking involved, just lots of peanut butter, chocolate, and dry oatmeal. So again, I absolutely love this book and have probably 20 recipes marked. Don't take my word for it, if I were you I would go and pick up the book and try them for myself.
