Zorba promises to take cure of the small that is going to be born. And so he not only sit the egg, but with the aid of its friends cats, Colonel, Diderot and Secretary, he raises with much love the small, indeed the small gull and the protect her from the dangers. The problem is born when Zorba must teach to fly to Lucky (that?s comes called the small gull). After many useless tried the cats are forced to resort to the aid of the man and to break off the Taboo: to speak to the humans in their language. The chosen man is a poet, a man from the sensitive nature, able mind to understand and to comprise. And so Lucky will succeed to detach her first flight and to balance in the sky: her world. We get used to an indignant , hurt and tattered Luis Sepulveda in denouncing a knelt down South America to the rules of the horror, we find ourselves amazed to believe that this best-seller translated in eight languages is really fruit of the great Chilean writer. Exceeded the begins unbelief, this small fairy tale of good intentions and delicate grammar appears us truly it wants to be, a metaphor about the human condition and the original sin, the diffidence in communicating with the stranger who drive to erect walls that become more and more difficult to pull down with passing of the time. --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb --translated from Italian by Luke Crumb--translated from Italian by Luke Crumb
