Very funny, it's a book called the trilogy of the 4 books, the first book takes you to Arthur Dent's world an english citizen that has his house demolished for a road to be built to the queens dominions, this is interrupted by the land's destruction but that's not a problem to mister arthur,because he's the only survivor, thanks to an extraterrestrial friend and them they live in a spaceship called Vagon
