Why is tension? Everybody knew that a person couldn?t survive without a job. A standard for living is everyone?s need. A job has its own target. Job means when a person is doing something to achieve something. A job has its own target; a person who is doing that job also has his own target. He/she will do this job to gain something. It?s his happiness or desire to do a job. A person can do it easily when managerial service is supportive or having a polite assistance. It happens especially on that occasion when they need it. A target is threatening to them. Their own jobs seem on risk when there is no target threatening to them; most of the people never care for their responsibilities. Irresponsibility is a cause of tension.
Most people are educated in our society but they feel occasionally responsible. A person was head of the department. When he went to buy a newspaper from a corner shop, he also bought a packet of cigarettes and a bar of chocolate. He folded his newspaper and held it into under his armpit. Opened the cigarettes packet and thrown away the plastic cover into the Air and walked few steps forward and threw away a burning edge of a match. Something came to his mind; he opened the first page of the newspaper. Suddenly his mobile disturbs him and he folded again his newspaper and stops on a side to receive a message. Before he starts to run very quickly he snatched the chocolate bar and threw the packing cover into the air. Actually it was his break time. Only a minimum minutes to deal with empty belly.
He came back to his office and disturbed to his secretary. Why did you quote this line without his permission? He didn?t lose his day also puzzled a dedicated worker.What is tension? When a person isn?t concentrated or awakened about his doings and he does only unconsciously. He never gets a positive result accept than tension. When a person doing his job with pleasure and he does his job not only to share it also to enjoy happiness and he behaves with his job as he is caring for his partner. When a person does something in liking a portion he never gets tension. His curiosity of learning always guides him a path of pleasure where unable person fails to achieve his target and tension slightly supports him to change his nature and he serves his job angrily.
