Chester's Big Surprise

A big white dog called Chester has a beautiful canine best friend. Her name is Tilda, and they often play together in a large grassy area in the centre of a roundabout.
I would suggest this is not the place for dogs, but Chester and Tilda were very traffic-wise it seems!
On one of their lazy days spent together, Tilda doesn't show up! Chester being the dog he is, is more than a little concerned that his best pal is not around. So after seeing a white cloud shaped rather like Tilda, he decides he needs to go and look for her.
He searches in all sorts of different places from the local store, to the local school, and even in the park of scary prehistoric monsters! She's nowhere to be found. He meets up with another dog called Sharky, but Sharky cannot help Chester either.
Of course, along the way, Chesters stomach gets the better of him and he finds some old food to eat!
After having his tummy tickled and patted by the kids of the local school, Chester starts for home very unhappy. Part way there, he meets his owner and not being able to runaway from him, both of them head for home.
As Chester steps inside the house he hears a rather strange sound. He wanders into the room where he and Tilda usually sleep, and what a surprise he gets! No wonder Tilda had not been with him that day. She had been far too busy birthing their three little puppies!
