A concept where religious teaching has no existence only people is following their gains. Future always comes and past never looses its existence. Future is hope and past has memories. A person lives for future but sometimes when a person looses his hope he lives unconsciously. Pilkinton is a respectable trade name in glass manufacturing. Few years ago I were employees for them. General Manager resigned his post and moved to another firm. Company brought another two managers to maintain the factory jobs. Assistant Manager got his promotion as GM. He promoted the floor workers and upgraded them into managements. I also applied for assistant manager?s vacancy. We were three in competition.
I found it later; New GM was seeking his own choice?s team. A person who migrated from another firm in the crisis also was nominated as assistant GM. I was unawakened all about it. The New GM has changed all the posts on the ground floor. My team members denied to work for a new supervisor and asked me to move somewhere else. But I am stuck with my job. The circumstances have been changed. New supervisor started to force me. He pressurised me to assist three to four jobs. I am very honest and hard worker. I never believed to complaint against a worker but he so much pressurised me, One day I fell down to the floor and my body was shaking. Human body is not a machine. How long it will go?
My colleagues registered me in the local hospital in Emergency. When I came back to the firm from accidental service with this declaration,? the muscular pain in the joint shoulder.
First Aider registered my complaint in the accidental book in my absence. The pain got so worst; the medical system didn?t relive me for three years. I approached to the Trade Union GMB to recover my claim. They arranged solicitor for me. I was surprised to receive that night sift shop Stuart, First Aider from another section and supervisor?s notes who wrote against me. Nobody from my section wrote against me. The daytime shops Stuart, My section First Aider who didn?t write report in my absence, and new supervisor that wasn?t supervisor in my section during my accident.
I approached to my daytime union rep and explained all about it. I were shocked when he informed me that Union Area manager provoked my colleagues that I had have a complaint against my fellow workers and everyone was angry on me.
Where did I make this complaint? When I asked, I had no respond.
When I approached to my floor manager,? he told me, it is your punishment. You always forward ideas to Assistant GM; When New GM was willing to kick him out. If he is promoted there, it is the cause of your assistance to him.
I sent recorded letters to the Union but they failed to cooperate me. I approached to various Law firms, they told me, I have no witness but they ignored that my colleagues in the hospital registered me and nobody has proceeding but they tried hard to ruin the ground of my facts.
Firm approached to my Doctor. I had muscular injured but My GP diagnosed me an anxiety course. I was totally shocked when the anxiety Nurse prescribed me to the Dorothy (A mental) Hospital. It was my good luck I never ate any medicine. But they tried hard to declare me as mental.
After a long fight over three years with the government involvement the specialist from hospital issued me fit note.
I lost my job. GMB supported to the firm. I didn?t lose my job only also I failed to recover my loss. The medical service, Law firms, Union, colleagues everybody cursed my honesty not only for three years also unjustifiable pain still cursing to my honesty. Although Trade unions have this objection against Prime Minister that he has anti-trade union policies but he is very honest, loyal and trustworthy who never spared any complaint.
