One of the most overlooked things in the life of Human being is planning. Many a times we do things without planning which results in success or failure. In most cases, planned projects are with better chances of success than unplanned ones. This shows that planning has to be examined in other to understand the need for it. Do we need planning, is it essential or profitable or should we do things the way it comes? Here are some questions we need to answer before we understand the need for planning.
Great Men of this world succeeded by planning their programmes. Thou it fails sometimes, but with a better planning they achieve their goals. No house is built without a foundation, no government works without a preset budget, no party wins without proper-planned projects for the masses. Some people watch thing happen while some make things happen but nothing good happens except it is properly planned.
Our word is one of the best-planned planets. Though the creator is wise and no one could fathom His understanding nor is any one great has He is. Yet he is the master planner, he planned the world before the creation. The Genesis account of creation shows how the great God planned the creation of the world, which he said everything made, was good. This shows how important planning is to everything on this planet earth. In order for man to achieve greater things in life planning is an essentiality in one doings.
Ants are regarded as one of the smallest creatures but their life seems educative for those who would learn. They always planned their programmes for the year. Find a better food to feed their household and keep enough in store for the raining season. How much more we Human Being, greater in knowledge than the ants we do things with planning. It should be noted that no amount of stress of energy spent on a badly planned project fetch a rewarding result.
