Industrially developed world brought ?Hitman? to our midst. Almost during the same time we started hearing the terms ?Mafia? and ?Under world?. Now we know that these terms represent just the opposite of modern democratic society where law and order and human rights are valued with high esteem. A civilized society looks down with contempt towards these terms. But when all these law and order and democratic system of governance is controlled by ?Hitman?, ?Mafia? and the ?Underworld?; we will be tempted to analyze those terms beyond there normal accepted meanings.
"Confessions of an economic Hitman", the book written by ?Mr. John Perkins? forces us for such an analysis. John Perkins was the chief economist of ?Chas T. Main?, an internationally famous consultancy organization set up in the United States of America. Actually he mentions himself as the economic hitman and his company ?Chas T. Main?, and such other many companies who have their links with the American intelligence agency ?CIA? and the American government, as the mafia or under world. Perkins writes in his book that it is his guilty consciousness of his deeds against humanity while he was with ?Chas T. Main? which prompted him to reveal all those details in his book. He worked with ?Chas T. Main?, the consultancy agency between 1971 and 81.In the guise of consultancy they were guiding most of the nations of the world under the economic trappings of the American empire; a sort of inescapable slavery.
After resigning from the company 20 years back Perkins was planning to write a book and reveal every thing about those bad deeds. But, he mentions in his book, he could not do that because of many temptations of worldly pleasures and threats to his life from the powerful authorities. Finally after the events of September 11, 2001; the attack and destruction of "The world trade centre" at Newyork, he could not keep himself mum any more. He believes that one of the reasons for the terrorist attack and destruction of the world trade centre at Newyork was the bad deeds of the consultancy companies like ?Chas T. Main?.
To establish and sustain their political and economic authority on the nations of the world, The United States of America has set up many consultancy companies like ?Chas T. Main?. These companies are known in their secret circle as economic hitman. They approach poor, economically undeveloped,under developed nations with their proposals of development. They suggest methods for industrial and infrastructural development and offer to arrange loan from financial institutions like World Bank. Off course they will charge for their consultancy. And one main condition will be that, the works will have to be compulsorily awarded to the contracting agencies of their choice. Needless to say, these companies will be of US origin, thus ensuring that the money taken from the banks as loan at astronomical interest rate will fill the coffers of their own nation. Once entered into such an agreement the nation come under the trappings of the US interests; The by now familiar infamous "The interest of the United states of America". (Nobody except them are humans). The loan taken for the developmental activities will multiply manifold in no time and the country who has taken it will become a permanent slave. The consultant company will step in again with their suggestions and help. This time it is to save the poor nation from the debt trap. They will suggest, "O.K. you became bankrupt, no problem. We will help you come out of this crisis. Allow us to explore and take out the mineral and oil resources of your land. (They select only such nations which have abundant natural resources.) The poor nation will unwillingly agree to the suggestions. Thus will start several years of unaccounted exploration and exploitations of the natural resources of that nation. The projected prosperity of the killer nation (USA) is actually the profits of the lootingsof those nations.
The author explains this to be the first method of dealing with the nations softly. If that is not bearing any result they have a second and third stages to this where they mildly threaten and then directly attack and occupy the nation. We have seen this very recently in Iraq. All of us should know that it was not weapons of mass destruction which was the reason. It was the abundance of oil and water of the river Ufretis- Tigris.
Tommrow you may be the victim. All the wars fought in this world, all the man made death and destructions caused in this world, has got the hands of USA behind it. To some conservative estimate also, the number of human life lost after world war two due to the involvement of USA may be many fold than 2nd world war itself. What we can do to stop them from further aggression. We can do a lot by doing simple things. As citizen of our nations we should boycott all that is American. Their product, their services, and what ever connected with America. Teach our children to keep away from American products and services. (What will coca cola will do if we dont' purchase it.) Weaken them financially and they will come in line.
