VEG./SIDE DISH MUSHROOM MASH Utensil: liquidizer Prep: 10 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes Serves 6: Ingrédients 1 kg mushrooms (Paris) 6 cloves garlic 600 ml. stock 50 gr butter 3 tbs olive oil 6 tbs cream nutmeg salt and pepper to taste -------- 1. Pare and clean up mushrooms, rinse under tap water and towel dry. 2. Chop garlic. 3. Melt butter and oil.. 4. Slice mushrooms. 5. On a slow burner, fry garlic and mushrooms for 5 minutes.. 6. Add half of the stock and bring to a boil. Season. Cook on low fire for 15 minutes, adding the other half of the stock. 7. Add cream and liquidize. Check salt and pepper. Reheat and serve. Here again you get a delicious LOW CARB recipe ;
