They must multiply men who think about our reality. They transform the information into knowledge and the knowledge in experiences. Fascinating professors use the memory as support of the art to think, what he contributes to develop in the pupils: thinking before acting, displaying and not to impose ideas, critical conscience, the capacity to debate, to question, to work in team. The memory human being is a seedbed of information and experiences so that each one of us produces a fantastic world of the ideas. The fascinating professors decide the conflicts in classroom. This habit contributes to develop in the pupils: the capacity to decide and to surpass the anxiety, resolution of interpersonal crises, socialization, rescue of leadership of I in the focos of tension. Fascinating professors, educate for the life,m promoting the auto one esteem. Fascinating professors and parents must fulfill with the given word.
