The Poor Old Scare Crow

The scarecrow feels that nobody respects him. All the birds run away from him when his hands flap in the wind. At one night two witches come and sit near him and discuss ignoring his presence. They plan to abduct the princess coming in a carriage pulled by rabbits. They plan to do it the next day. Scare crow wants to save the princess. As his legs are fixed in the soil, he can not move. He calls rabbits to help. They all run away and hide in a burrow as they are scared of witches. A mole comes near him in the evening and threatens to loose the soil around him. Scare crow requests him to do the same. The mole loosens the soil and the scare crow falls flat on his face.
At night the princess comes in the carriage pulled by the rabbits. The witches come and pull the princess out. Scare crow stand on his legs and shouts loudly that he is a big wizard and warns the witches to run away. Hearing the loud voice of scare crow, the witches run away and the princess is saved. She is so happy with scare crow; she transforms him into beautiful scare crow with nice dress and keeps him in her pea garden to chase away the birds. The scare crow is ever so happy.
