To live in condominium, has advantages and disadvantages, because an enormous difficulty in consciliar exists the interests of the inhabitants with its respective administrators and syndics. It possesss legal obligations, foreseen in laws, that periodically generate duties of rendering of accounts to the inhabitants. If the syndic will not have such competencia, as could the condominium be in day with its finances? This problem, only can be previnido, if the inhabitants through innumerable meetings contanto with the contribution of all, to choose its representative carefully. E in the same way, to contract an administrator who can give an efficient service e, above of everything, honest. With these cares, the inhabitants prevent innumerable problems as increase of condominais taxes, internal arbitrariedade on the part of the administration, conflicts, and others.
