Our brain accepts and interprets signal from the nerves in our body every minute we live. It controls our body. When we are sleeping, brain relaxes and rests too. So we can feel alertness in next day. Sleeplessness affects several millions people. Lack of sleep can be the reason of obesity and impair. Also inadequate sleep is produce an effect of our day time funtioning. The recent studies recommended that most people did not get enough sleep per night. Anxiety is one of the common causes of sleepness.Worrying about jobs, discontents of life may be the reason of sleeplessness. For deep sleep, you have to alter your routine. When you feel drowsy, start to reading the book. It may offer sound sleep. While reading, eyes are slid into doze and fall in sleep within minutes, or lie down on back and try pillow to support the head. Stay away from sleeping pills. However, pills are easy remedy, they may cause side effects. On other hand, do not take heavey meal within bed time. After meal we feel sleepy, but digesting heavy meal makes too uncomfortable to sleep and also there is a chance that will end up in snoaring. If you prepare your bedroom with melody, adjustable mattress and stress free atmosphere, you will get uninterupted sleep. It does'nt matter the hours that count, the matter is quality of sleep.
