Everybody who deals with the take-off and with a various parliamentary allowance lands welfare at the cabbage soup diet sooner or later, too. And like for every other diet, the book trade also offers a booklet to this topic. The author Marion Grillparzer explains here in detail how this diet exactly works and on which bases it is based. At first the reader gets an introduction to the topic. It is explained why an almost magical effect is ascribed to the cabbage soup. The text is kept understandable and without special Chinese. This diet is based on the simple principle of taking less energy than the body consumes daily.
The diet plan itself covers 7 days on which one may eat so much soup as one would like. This has the advantage, that this fails to appear hungry feeling feared in every case. Since now 7 days soup, however, would be a little very monotonous one may depending on progress the diet daily eat changing ingredients. So fruit is permitted next to the soup on the 2nd day vegetables etc. certainly on the 1st day, for example. Being allowed to just, if you think the soup already comes from all pores, you take even 500 grams of meat on the 5th and 6th days. The whole-as said-always with or next to the soup. The book is rounded off with an exact shopping list for the first days of the diet. All food is listed here, this one belongs into the soup and the exact preparation also is explained step by step. Does not feel simpler really now any more.
