To educe is not an easy art. Can one really have a don for teaching? The size of the teacher is not in the titles or great research, but in the manner simple to interact and transmit the possibility of being confirmed and of autonomies, without intellectual paternalism and the academic ceremonial which is proliferated.
Many of teachers are in classroom like simple repeaters of intellectual formulations; they are forgotten that education is process of formation for the life and to life. Teaching must take care to guarantee the autonomy of the pupil.

When the image of the teacher yields space to the image of the friend, it is the beginning of the correct education of proximity, communication and comprehension of the needs and difficulties of the pupil.
When the pupil is perceived involved in a friendship with the teacher, and that he has the feeling to be his equal, one can take him along to his autonomy and to have confidence in its aptitudes and its competences. This type of education is not possible that when the teacher himself was autonomous and that it does not require for the false statute to be able that his position confers to him.
At this moment, the decision is not formal any more, and the studies become a preparation for the life and not a simple imposed need. When the two partners fly together, the field of vision increases and the possibilities of interpretation and blooming increase. The teacher ceases being the protagonist of education, by creating a profitable and relevant dialogue, thus supporting a harmonious development of learner.
