What time is it? - in translation is nearly summed up as follows:

I was recently stumped by an American Line not quoting any 24 hr clock at all and worse still omitted the old adage of always include the figures followed by the words: its an accuracy that I enjoy; I deplore the lazy way that has been created of just a couple of figures and find that this information always needs clarification and cannot be relied on, in times of real emergency.

Centimeter, metre and kilometre are well presented and discussed and, in this connection I find it requires careful study.;
