Everybody will have some selectivity towards the food we eat. No matter whether will it harm our health or not, we will continue to eat just out of our personal preference. There are number of vegetables and spicy ingredients that we use in our daily cooking was found to be harmful to our strength. Some vegetables like radish, corn, and potato are found to be allergic to somebody. In general, it is better to avoid these foods. Fruits like banana, apple, and dried grapes are well known to cause flatulence in the abdomen. Moreover, these fruits should not be eaten along with the regular food as most of the fruits are very easily digested than the other food we eat; it should be taken separately before or after we take the food. If it?s consumed along the regular food then it is going to be there in your intestine for longer time along with the regular food. As long as it?s going to stay in the intestine, more the chance of getting putrified and hence more toxic to your health. Always it?s good to health masticating the food for more time. More we do this, we make the process simple for intestine or else the complex food will stay there in our intestine out of reach for the enzymes to react well and digest the food properly. Masticating not only helps in this way, but also reduces the volume of the air that we take in during the process of swallowing the food. In this way, it reduces the abdominal flatulence. The vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, onion, cauliflower, and beans are the well-known ghosts of producing more gas in the intestine. It?s better to selectively avoid all these foodstuff or reduce quantity of taking these foodstuffs. Despite, these foods there are many other artificial substances like monosodium glutamate (MSG), aspartame, and acryl amide are the known poisons that we eat. This MSG (other wise called as ?Chinese salt?) is the nuro-excitatory substance that will kill the nerve cells in our brain. The other two substances are known carcinogen. Aspartame is the artificial sweetener used in most of the confectioneries, which is a slow poison and the acryl amide is a chemical substance that is found in most of the baked items. Therefore, be precise about the food you take and don?t poison your body.
