Da Vinci Code
(Dan Brown)

Publicidade
The Da Vinci Code tells us the story of the Holy Grail, one of the greatest
legends from Christianity. Over the space of one night and a day,
Harvard symbologist, Robert Langdon, together with a French
cryptologist, Sophie Neveu, will try everything in to find it. The narrative
starts off with the murder of curator of the Louvre, who turns out to be
Sophie?s grandfather. His body is covered with strange symbols and we
learn, that right before his death, the curator had asked his grand
daughter to find Robert Langdon. Together, the two of them embark on
the search for the Holy Grail? In my opinion this book is very well
documented and a wealth of knowledge, which make it very interesting
(if the facts are correct), however it is not really as good a book as
everyone says, as it is lacking in emotional display, and in connections.
It is not badly written, yet the writing is too regular.
