Memories of a teacher (Part 4) If I relate so details about the years of my studies it is because they cover a good part of my existence going from my early childhood until the adulthood. that is more than approximately twenty years. They constitute also the most beautiful and the most impregnate years of my life. The destiny also made its choice. At the end of the collegial studies, in class of orientation, I had chosen initially the section original letters which were to lead me towards religious studies, but the section being at this period out of the town of my residence, and not disposing to separate my small family as soon, I had solicited my reorientation towards the modern letters section, that what the council of orientation had answered favorably. I had thus obtained my baccalaureate in letters. It was my vocation. As much I excelled in the literary matters as much I pained in the scientific matters. I managed to assimilate the mathematical theorems neither the functions nor the derivative not more than the laws of physics or the chemical formulas. In the other side I liked biology. With the risk to forget some of my professors I would say quite simply that they all were with the height of their mission. With my great joy I found in the college Mr Caye my former teacher as a professor of physical and sporting education. He had not lost his smile nor his dynamism and his serious. The meetings of the school sports association was the occasion to attract the large crowd of the spectators who admired and were filled with enthusiasm with the meetings in the various disciplines of the collective sports on the levels of classrooms or inter establishments. The players who excelled with the school plays easily gained their place in the civil clubs. To be followed.
