Given difficult times ahead, one of the biggest challenges of parenthood is the academic failure of their children. What happens and what is best to do in these cases?
As a first step it is important an examination by a specialist, always considering that every kid is unique and different. Failure due to minor learning difficulties is easy to detect and to do so there is a need to know the child personality, family background and social status in order to develop a strategic plan for solutions. Other major learning difficulty causes could be of a bigger importance and a mental health specialist might be required. There are many facts that can cause failure such as physiological, social or scholar. The education related institutions enforce the early detection of problems and project best solutions to follow up with parental co-operation considering the main educational role of parents, who must promote their young ones confidence and at the same time learn to accept imperfections.
The best reward a child can have from his environment is to feel loved and important part of it. In order to obtain good academic results it is very important to have an own quiet and silent place to study, healthy, equipped and organised with enough intimacy to do his work. It is also important to educate children with values like personal hygiene, good sleeping patterns and a correct nutrition. Every child should be given self-confidence education from an early age so that they are able to develop their own capabilities. They should learn how to auto indulge when necessary so everyday they can benefit from it and get positive energy to overcome obstacles and improve.
Not all parents have basic educational guidelines but it is feasible to consider that educating showing positive behaviour, well doing and coherence and being strict but not hard, we will get self-confident children that will become responsible, caring and fair adults.
