The internet is a sophisticated usage even to an illiterate person. The person who is using this should respect the scientific beauty. One who going for an access he should respect the screen.
How a screen is to be respected? In a way he should be loyal to the society. Especially
The scientific society. The people behind who worked hard to bring it to the globe and the people working for to get access all the twenty four hours.
If a person is loyal to the family, he would be loyal to the street, If he is loyal to the street, he would be loyal to the village, if he is loyal to the village he would be loyal to the nation. If he is loyal to the nation, He would loyal to the world of internet access.
The person just typing with the keys must not think that he is just only typing some letters, the letters that he witnessing, it should be from his heart. If he is good to him self he could be good to another one. If two people find a man good it will be developed to the global community.
No body is required to appreciate the scientific beauty, when once he is operating the keyboard, he should remember to be honest to self, before what ever he wanted to communicate. One should not think that the opponent is a fool.
Especially when he is handling the keys he must think he has nil percentage of contribution to exploit it. He must think of his own future generation before misusing or any kind of mal practice that he is going to act on the internet.
Every thing is recorded! If he is misusing it, after 20 years his own son or daughter will find and the reaction will be contributed to him, in his family, society, workplace, his country. He has to pay for his miss use.
If he is taking it in a positive approach the same time he can handle to his own business globally, and even if he forced to be away from his family friends, any of the nature he could feel as if he is with the family and friend by just accepting to the right manner.
Internet governance is a discipline of the individual, and it is like a tree, If you poor water, it will give you fruit, without a time limit. Even a tree can be challenged by a storm, rain and any other natural disasters.
The internet long lost for ever, and it is going to grow and grow, not even one percent to come down or disappear from the world.
