so let me start with my first abstract the book i have mentioned here is the most cherished books of my life time.it beautifully brings out the nostalgic feelings the children get when they leave their home in which they lived from their birth.the first few chapters are all about how big giant like vans come for relocating their house hold.the children bid bye to each room when they leave.the youngest one of the children is penny she is a lovely little sweety pie,she stood in her doll shelf which was empty after the entire house was left bleak and empty.the entire story is a well woven , vivid, expression of the all famous writer enid.she has beautifully brought out the difference betweeen city and country life.now once in the willow farm the children becomes quite excited about the whole episode and help their father in all the farn works .shiela takes care of the hen and poultry with the help of fanny..rory and benjy takes good care of the cows and the horses.penny gets her pet skippety lamb from the farmer who was grazing his goats downhill.tammylan the wild man in the deep forest teaches the children a lot of things about the wild life.they also help their mother churn butter milk and they now know how to make their own butter for their morning bread.they have a rich turn out at the end of the year with the help of uncle tim and aunt bess.
