A Thought on Plagiarism
plagiarism is purely an attempt to passes off the work of others. It is often being done in particularly writing
of others, as one's own. The most obvious and blatant type of plagiarism is copying the entire articles, entire sections, paragraphs or the complete sentences from other publications without acknowldegements.
This is very bad and it is fully unacceptable.
However, even the use of a few words ar paraphrasing may constitute plagiarism if the source is not mentioned clearly, even if it is not copied completely. But students are bound to make mistakes since they are aware of the plagiarism policy. Sometimes they unintentionally plagiarize,because they do not know about the very stringnet rules that apply. Students must read the guidelines before submitting their exam
research papers. They must consult their professors before submitting the papers to the universities.
Many of the students have been dismissed from the college because of the plagiarism. Plagiarism is a
form of cheating and dishonesty that occurs when a person passes off someone's work without proper
acknowledgement.
In fact, without their material works, we can do nothing. So, it is our bounden duty to respect them and honour them by properly acknowledging them. A person is working for all the thirty days and on the day
of payment if someone is paid instead of the person who worked, is an example.
This fraud should be detected and must be dealt with iron hands.
The Government should take poweful action against the persons who violates the plagiarism policy.
