This book, volume 4 consists of 69 discourses of Sri Sathya Saibaba delivered during the period from 1963 to1965.
In the first chapter ?Climb the right tree?, Baba declares that his tasks are two ? Fostering of the Vedas and Fostering of the Devotees.
The Chapter, ?Revealing You to Yourself? advises the devotees to surrender to the Lord so that He will guard them.
The chapter, ?Ask for Me? advises the devotees not to ask him the tinsel and trash but ask him the Liberation itself.
The chapter, ?The Guru is the Guide? explains Veda Vyasa?s wisdom and advises to do good to others and avoid doing harm.
?The mind must become saturated with devotion; the intelligence must be transformed into the splendor of universal wisdom, the body must be a willing and efficient instrument for the practice of Righteousness. Such a life is indeed the crown and glory of humanity. The rest are contaminated, contained, caged lives.?- This beautiful truth is revealed in the chapter, ?The Rain Cloud?.
The chapter, ?Be a care taken? emphasizes the importance of honoring one?s parents.
?If you honor your mother the Mother of the Universe will guard you against harm; if you honor your father, the Father of all beings, will guard you.?
