Are you having sweet dreams ,good nights and great days All of us slog day in and day out.Even ifour physical state does not co-operate,our mental strength and determination helps us in our accomplishments during the day.There is so much pressure both at home and at work that we cannot avoid .At the end of a hectic day,we still be a whole lot of things to do. When we finally hit the bed ,sometimes deep sleep eludes us.Without deep sleep we do not get good mental rest.And without good mental rest ,we cannot be charged up the next morning to face the new challenges. The way i carry my self during the day has agreat impact on the way i sleep. HERE A FEW TIPS ON GIFTING YOURSELF PEACEFUL DAYS NIGHTS OF DEEP SLEEP *Every morning start your work as per your plans.The first step towards this would be able to wake up as per plan.On days when i have extended sleep as a result of self pity,i have felt miserable and groggy.One because i would have missed on meditating or walking for want of time and two because i have failed early in the morning on something that was totally under my control.If u are behind schedule with the morning routine ,donot get hysterical.It does not help .It alsoeffects your speed and efficiency.When i have spare time during my holidays i patiently teach my daughter and son to help me manage the weekdays morning better ,in order to make it a happy morning for all of us.There is no point in shouting at them for what they fail to do.Lets your breakfast and lunch time be an exclusive time.A good breakfast and lunch eaten with concerntratinkeeps you energetic through the day.Otherwise , you start feeling tired as soon as you enter office. Avoid gossiping about the personal life of colleagues and discussing about how petty someone is.The more we talk about petty things ,the pettier we tend to become .Ihave always found my self more confident at the end of ahealthy argument than at the end of a unnecessary one.even i have supposedly won the argument. Do not think about people and issues that do not concern you.There is no point in being bogged down by unwanted thoughts.Be clear about what you want from your proffesional life.If your plan and action don't synchronize,you end up carrying a lot of frustration which will result in nightmares during your sleep. Employ a person to assist you in doing household work.Don't take everything on to yourself when you have bigger tasks to accomplish.This way you can ensure that you do. *Not feel physically exhausted. Carefully and carmly,introspect the happenings of the day and see where you erred and where you did yourself proud.An then ,plan on how you are going to improve. *Upon yourself the next day. Listen to some good music before going to sl;eep.or talk about all the fun you had during the day and then go to sleep.Actually forget all the worries this way that makes *Way for peaceful sleep. The moment you lie down on the bed keep your body and mind relaxed.Don't try to sleep with an eye on the clock for you will *Build unnecessary pressure on yourself.Sleep is supposed to remove your fatigue,so be relaxed. Iam fast asleep within two minutes after i lie down and it is largely because of physical exercise and meditation.It gives me energy and vitality.Make physical exercise and meditation an integal part of your day and your life.Whatever the world may say or do ,my part is to keep myself good ..... and keep my colour true. "COURAGE IS VERY IMPORTANT.LIKE A MUSCLES,IT IS STRENGTHENED BY USE."
