(Orhan Pamuk)

Publicidade
The Gardens of Memory, in The original heading ?Kara Kitap?, of Orhan Pamuk, are what we will be able to call organic literature. As long as we advance in the reading of the text, we feel that we penetrate in strange, dark, and wet labyrinth, with a dense atmosphere of pestilence, of hurts and frustrations; a labyrinth of where it?s desired to run away from, and in the following day, to return to; a labyrinth where all the men, vulgar and stingy, reencounter themselves without having the certainty of who they are; A labyrinth made of the dilemma of inhabiting a west or an east world.
