Iran''s ambassador to Kuwait says Iran will target all US military bases in the region in the event of any US military strike against Iran. In an interview with the Kuwaiti Al-Rai Al-Aam Journal, Ali Jannati said, "Iran makes every effort to have a peaceful nuclear program rather than nuclear weapons. "The stance of the Arab littoral States on Iran''s nuclear program is positive; they have always backed Iran''s peaceful nuclear program," he added. The Iranian diplomat said that Iran would only target those military bases which fire at Iran. He said that Iran believes that the Arab states would never allow the US to use their soil to launch attacks on Iran.
