George''s Marvellous Medicine is an exciting story by Roald Dahl and illustrated by Quentin Blake. This story tells of a boy, George, who has a grouchy, disgusting old Grandma who tells him gross stories of eating worms found in cabbages. George hates his Grandma but is always forced to obey because her parents would threaten him if he did not. One day, when his Mom was out marketing and it was time for Grandma to eat her medicine, he came up with a marvellous medicine which made her grow... grow... and grow.... Later, his dad told him to come up with more of it for his medicine. Everyone was exhilirated! But.... everything including his grandma, SHRUNK.... Shrunk..... shrunk....
