THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE EDUCAND AND EDUCATORS
Much is indeed expected from the educators. From the burden or big task of educating the children is placed on their shoulders. They are mandated to develop the learners to their fullest potential and to live productive lives.             This challenge of bring out the best in the learner?s is very urgent since the quality of Philippine Education is declining continuously. The elementary and high school students are failing to reach the competency. The average citizen needs to become responsible, productive, and self-fulfilling. Educators are at heart of the problem for they are the single most important factor in education. Their far-teaching influence as an agent of constructive change in society is beyond question.             There is therefore an urgent need to educate and train classroom teachers. If the teachers are well - educated and well ? trained, then they can take the very important role of nation builders who can improve the quality of life of the people. For the teachers are entrusted the main task of developing the youth into an enlightened, patriotic, useful and upright citizenry in a democratic society.             At present, there is a great need for quality education especially in the elementary level which is the foundation of education. It is natural for the public to demand quality and their demands focused on the teachers who represent the most visible component of education.             It is therefore, Educators should improve themselves in the service by continuously acquiring the needed knowledge, skills, values and attitudes to become first class educators. After all, ?One can not give what he does not have.

? EDUCATION IN THE RURAL COMMUNITY
Education aimed to prepare young to educate themselves through their lives.             Basic education is a dynamic intersectional process in nurturing the learner?s potential capabilities for acquiring knowledge and skills, developing values and attitudes, a set of work ethics essential for responsible and productive life in the society. Children in the rural community experience the difficulties in life. Parents who belong to a poor living work hard to support their daily needs. They do their best to send their children to school even they could not really afford to support all the things that their children needs in school. That?s one reason why children come to school with dress faded and barefooted. They come to school with an empty stomach because they have nothing to eat. Sometimes a boiled camote is all they have just to fill their empty stomach. They have also to walk kilometers back and forth just to go to school. They walk under the scorching heat of the sun or even torrents of rains. This is all because they really want to finish their studies. Indeed, life is full of struggles.Poverty stricken families blame the government for not giving attention to their needs, but how about them? God helps those who really helping themselves but are they really helping themselves to attain a better life? Hence, Poverty is not really a hindrance to success. As what they are saying, the secret to success is ?In everything you do put GOD FIRST and He will direct you and crown your efforts with success.
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EDUCATION AND POLITICS               Human beings are regarded as political animals by nature. Every individual is politically inclined. Education and POLITICS is in combined are tools for national growth and development. By implication, politics is in education and education is in politics.             Politics is in fact ubiquitous in human circumstances. It manifests itself in human endeavors. No wonder some people believe that every human being is a political animal. Politics influence the life of all of us, regardless of whether or not one participates in the political process.             In recent years, we have come to recognize that education cannot be divorced from politics. Educationists should therefore recognize the timate interest of political bodies in the education enterprise. They should be aware of the growing complexity of educational needs of the public.             Education is an extension of political purpose seems valid. Whatever political or social ideal we may adopt or seek to maintain a necessary condition for its survival is an educational system and pattern geared to that political aim. Consensus does not happen, it has to be planned. The survival of its country is depends on education and the inculcation of certain qualities. To move forward, we have to go back to the drawing board, otherwise, we shall continue to lose our trends for meaningful development. To understand our present situation, it may be useful to take a cursory glance at the history and development of education of its country. We regarded education as a necessary weapon and instrument in awakening national consciousness and for achieving national development.             Therefore, Education and politics can be used as an instrument per excellence in the development of a nation. That educated elites should partake in national political process instead of leaving everything in the hands of the mediocre.             Education and politics are inseparable because they determine what make up an elite in the society. Both should function together as units of national development.
