The Day I Met Hari The Potter
(Divya Mathur)

Publicidade
Martha james, a 33 year old spinster is probably thinking about the only thought that she has ever thought about. You guessed it right, it''s marriage ,the same old trouble again. An american sweetheart who landed in India with her divorced mother when she was barely 4 . She lives like a snob at  the golf links in Delhi, the capital that scares the hell out of her. Rosita James, her mother has served the embassy for more than 2 decades and soon she''ll be on her way to retirement. Martha has spent her entire life expressing her views  the same old cow dung cakes hanging around the walls in slums, wondering that how could people manage to groom their houses with so called organic waste. As a journalist, she has experienced the wonder and the worst in Delhi and now she has decided to go back to her land and get married to a rich hearthrob. Her mother has no problemos in registering the application for the Visa and probably she will satisfy herself even in the absece of her darling daughter. Martha, disgusted with the trends around her life has decided to leave her job and join pottery classes. She travels as far as Goa in search of coveted peace and finally joins a pottery school which trains it''s students in pottery making. But disaster always follows those who run away from it, leaving a trail behind as clue. Martha''s teacher, Hari, is a typical Indian man who loves the soil of his motherland and whose vernacular accent in english bothers Martha for sure. This is the beginning of a catastrophic, surpring yet an enchanting tale where people from 2 different lands meet and let their fates be written by the life of Indian citizens who thrive for every single penny.
