Hard boiled eggs salad 6 pieces leaf lettuce 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and thinly sliced 2 shallots, thinly sliced 20g (1/2 cup) roughly sliced chinese celery 45g (1/2 cup) fried shallots 2 tablespoons fried garlic 1 sprig fresh coriander (cilantro) roughly chopped Dressing 2 tablespoons Thai chili paste 3 tablespoons fish sauce 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1/2 tablespoon sugar 1.Line a serving platter with the lettuce leaves Place the egg slices on the leaves and sprinkle with the shallots, chinese celery, crispy shalots, crispy garlic and fresh coriander. 2.
