Harry Potter was the only person to survive the Killing Curse because his mother sacrificed her own life to save her only son. Voldemort didn''t knew that such sacrifice would let the Killing Curse backfire on its owner and kill them.
Harry Potter grew up in his aunt and uncle house and they treated him with physical and emotional abuse. He didn''t knew who he was and who were his parents until a stranger turns up and tells him he is a wizard. The life of Harry twists as he enters Hogwarts, the Wizarding school. He made a lot of enemies and lots of friends. He finds a lot of things about himself and his parents. He also finds out that one of his teacher is trying to steal the Sorcerer''s Stone, which can turn any metal to pure gold. It also produces Elixir of Life, a potion, which grants the drinker immortal life as long as they keep drinking it. He gets his friends help to try and stop his teacher from taking it. He then finds out that his teacher is trying to steal the Stone not for himself but for Voldemort so Voldemort can return to power again. Harry then meets face to face with Voldemort and escapes again and his teacher dies. He asks his headmaster why Voldemort wanted to kill him when he was the baby but the headmaster tells him he is too young to know now.
