Colonia
(Marìa Inès mogaburu)

Publicidade
This novel, with an uneasy climate, is about a group of bizarre people. Some of them have volunteered to live in an institute which one doesnpt know if it is a lunatic asylum, or a crazy hotel. Others of them do not remember why they are there, or how they reached the place. Nothing is what it seems to be at first sight. The story occurs in the quiet and beatiful Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. If anyone has been lucly enough, (as I have), to visit the place several times, will know that , despite the idyllic landscape, there`s an institute hidden beyond the ancient walls. The language is so sober , it may have bee written by a chess player. There are neither extra nor missing words, and none can be changed.
