Resumo de Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban.

This book starts with an anxiously waiting Harry who wants to leave his uncle and aunts house and leave for Hogwarts, where he can manage to have some fun, when he gets the news that his uncle Vernon''s sister Marge Dursley is arriving for a stay of a week. This was not good news for him for she never exactly treated her in a ''civilised manner''. Moreover a permission slip had arrived with his ''book list'' in order to go to Hogsmeade (a place where students at hogwarts went as an outing) which he had to get signed by a parent or a guardian and he had come to an agreement with Vernon dursley that if he behaved properly he would sign it and Harry had to agree. Harry had to bear her snide remarks every time they sat down together, when finally he exploded one night at dinner. What ticked him off the most were the sneering remarks she passed about his parents and he lost so much control of himself that he performed magic without realising it and his aunt Marge started swelling and was blown away. Harry, afraid that he might be chucked out to azkaban for doing underage magic majic, made a run for it. Luckily the knight bus for the stranded witch and wizards came to his rescue and he told them to take him to The leaky cauldron. Upon reaching, the minister of magic himself was waiting for him but only to see that he was safe. Finally the day on which he went to hogwarts arrived and he met his friends. On the station he got his first warning about the escaped prisoner ''Sirius Black'' by Mr. Weasly. While on the train a search was conducted by dementors(who suck all the happiness out of a person) and harry had passed out when they came to search there appartment but the dementor was shooed away by a spell by professor Lupin who was going to be the Defence against the dark arts teacher. Upon reaching hogwarts professor Dumbledore informed them that there were going to be dementors at all the entrances of the school in an attempt to catch Sirius Black. On the first day of his classes, he was told of the grim by his divinition teacher,professor Trelawny.She also predicted his death by this "Grim". Although every one called her a fake, Harry had his doubts because he had seen something like a grim before aswell yet he never voiced his suspicions. The first match against the slytherins was approaching fast but at the last minute they had to be put up against hufflepuffs because of the injury their seeker, Draco Malfoy, recieved by buckbeak, in their first lesson of care of magical creatures, for tempting him. Griffindors lost because of the presence of Dementors and harry getting unconcious. Harry decided to take lessons to repel dementors by their Defence against the darh arts teacher. When Hogsmeade weekend arrived Harry was unable to go because he did not get the permission slip signed. Due to the attack on Draco malfoy by Buckbeak, Ministry of magic decided to execute him for being dangerous. Upon hearing this news Hagrid fell apart and Harry, Hermoine and ron had to console him. Their next match against the Slytherins was the only obstacle towards winning the Quidditch cup which was sucessfully thrown away and the Gryffindors won! By this time the load of studies on hermoine was begining to show because she was so frustated that she snubbed Proffesor Trelawny and left her subject and then at another time slapped Draco malfoy across the face for making snide remarks. On the last exam and the day Buckbeak was to be executed the three of them went down to Hagrids to give some moral support but they recieved a refusal when they attempted to stay with Hagrid till the execution. On their way back scabbers( Ron''s rat) bit him and run off(till then there was a row going on between Ron and Hermoine because Ron thought that Hermoines cat had eaten hisd Scabbers at Hagrids). They all found themselves in a very difficult situation when a humungous dog came out of no where and dragged Ron under the whomping willow. Upon following, Harry and Hermoine realise that it was a trap set by Sirius Black. He was the god father of Harry and took part in the murder of his parents by giving out information to Voldemort and apparently had come to finish of what was left of the Potters when new informations start coming out that a) professor Lupin had been helping Sirius black b) Petter pettigrew, who apparently had been a devoted friend of the Potters, was the one who had sold them out to Voldemort c)Prof. Lupin was a werewolf d) James Potter, Lupin, Sirius and Peter were Animagis. Soon Prof. Snape also joined them and threatened to hand Sirius to the dementors when Harry, Hermoine and Ron try and disarm snape whereas ending up trowing him across the room, unconcious. When all the truth come out about pettigrew and Sirius being innocent they set off towards the castle to enlighten every one else. On the way, howerver, circumstances changed. The full moon appeared and prof. Lupin transforms into a werewolf and heads to attacks the people in the surrounding when Sirius also tarnsforms and attacks the werewolf and the werewolf is forced to flee however leaving a wounded Sirius.In the caos Peter escaped. Harry followed Sirius and found him at the end of a lake. A few moments later the dementors arrived and were performing the Kiss(in which the soul is sucked out of a person and he becomes worse than dead) when a full fleged Patronus heads their way from the opposite end of the lake. Harry was barely concious enough to see who conjured it and as the dementors flee away he lost complete conciousness. Upon waking up he disovers that the kiss is about to be performed. Harry and Hermoine try to expalin to the minister of magic that they had the wrong person but he refused to accept it. When Dumbledore arrived he gave them an idea which only made sense to Hermoine. They were going to going back in time to save him! By this action they saved two inocent lives i.e. Sirius and Buckbeaks. Siruis had had given him an option that he could come and live with him if he did not want to live with the Dursleys. However, that option was not open any more as Sirius was on a run from the Ministry. Harry gave Buckbeak to Sirius and they set off together to hide some where safe. While on the train bak home he recieved a letter from sirius giving him permission to vist Hogsmeade as his Godfather(this was only for Dumbledore.)
