The basis of "Talent"/"Creativity" in relation to mankind on one hand and the world (on the other hand) is the focus of this book.
Resulting from " Man's Idea Gathering Economy", mankind is here seen as the basic embodiment of talent hence synonimous with it.
With the world being a combination of the physical and social environment(s), dwelling side by side with talent or by consequence mankind.Both charge each other for a common good; thus it's here seen that as the world (with its inherent challenges) charges mankind's Creativity by putting it to work.Mankind on the other hand charges the world for the understanding, classification and specialisatin of their creativity for "Productivity".
Bye and large therefore, talent is also synonimous with "Territorial Control" by way of the power it offers mankind over our environment.And as treated in this book,"Principles" are the medium of exercising this power in man through which "Universal Progress" is ignited.
In light of the fact that;it's out of mankind's quest to control the environment comes talent/creativity,any thought or deed towards progress is talent oriented hence the need for mankind to track their individual talents.
