So you want to get in shape and you do not want to listen to anyone and you want to do it yourself. Well not a lot of people like to listen to advice when it comes to working out but I would suggest anyone who is just starting to workout or an experienced lifter to read this book. The book is called the Joe weider principles and it is written by Joe Weider. The book gives great advice from explaining exercises to diets to training for a bodybuilding show. Also there is a great section on training your abs. This book even teaches you about supper sets to high rep training to more. Even if you are a veteran at working out and bodybuilding this book will expand your knowledge of the sport. I also liked how they have all different types of bodybuilders in the book who are all built differently. If you are a hard gainer, which means you have a hard time gaining weight, you will find this book very helpful as it gives advice on what exercises. The book also features bodybuilders and their input to different training techniques and different styles of training. This book is the best bodybuilding book ever written in a lot of people?s opinions.
For those who are not familiar with Joe weider I will tell you a little about him that way you know that this book is right for you. He basically made the sport of bodybuilding what it is today and he developed the bodybuilding league known as the IFBB. He also promotes the sport very heavily and he also created the biggest bodybuilding contest out there today which is called MR Olympia. He has also made big name fitness magazines such as men?s fitness and flex what they are today. He is also well known for helping Arnold Schwarzenegger come to America.
