Mitchell Gibson was Chief Resident in Psychiatry at a large inner city medical center when he began his journey, expanding his consciousness using meditation. Gibson takes us along on his journey, where we meet a being who calls himself Djehuti. Being a psychiatrist, Gibson does more than a little wavering before accepting that he is indeed speaking with an actual entity. Djehuti reveals much information to Gibson, and to us, about the formation of the soul and the causes of mental illness. In fact, his work with Gibson and his patients was spellbinding and it kept me reading late into the night. I found the book to be both fascinating and chilling. So much rang in my heart as true that I pondered the lessons of the book for weeks. During my normal work day, some piece of the book would pop up in my mind and I'd have to stop and absorb it before moving on. I have since purchased several of his cds, each of which is powerful and unique. They are available on the Tybro website at Tybro.com. This is not your everyday spiritual awakening story. There is something more, so much more, to this book.
