EXISTENCE OF GOD. PROLOGUE. SOMEWHERE IN LONDON, 12:20 A.M JUNE 8th, 2006. Michelangelo?s art work, Da Vinci?s unsolved codes, Galileo?s finger pointing towards the galaxy. It was all their fortune, or was there no fortune at all, was it their hard work or their destiny, was there any divine power ?god? who controlled the fate of mankind, did the vast universe evolve or was it created and designed ?. Did GOD wanted us to assume his existence or prove it? Was it our task to prove it and spread his message? People often posted such unsolved questions to Sir George Matthew, A well known historian and a kind hearted man. ?Look at yourself, you look like a new brought chair full of dust? said Nathan hall to himself, his eyes inclined towards his hands, the water from the tap gave a freezing sensation to his fingers, the neat and tidy tiles of the wash room were cold as well. Nathan?s memory was not so sharp, His memory often betrayed him in remembering the problematic nerve of the heart patient during an open heart operation but his incomparable concentration and self belief had earned him the post of the best cardiologist of London at this very young age of 25 years. His grand father was a great historian, Sir George Matthew; Nathan had been missing him from the last summer when one foggy morning he visited his grand father?s burial ceremony. He lifted his long white fingers and wiped away the silvery curtain of frozen vapor which lay over the washroom mirror. He saw a slightly pink skinned man with light brown eyes, his chin was dotted, he observed the invisible lines on his forehead and smiled, ?I will change some day ...may be? he said to himself. It had been raining and raining hard since this evening, the staff had vacated the hospital as it was almost impossible for a patient to reach this hospital in such circumstances. Nathan looked at his watch; it was half past the mid night. ?Time to go bed? Nathan murmured, white hair had initiated to grow on his cranium in a low quantity but he still behaved more like a child. Leaving the washroom behind Nathan entered his office and picked up his black briefcase which had a handle like a rolled serpent. Setting his foot on the shiny white marble made tiles, he moved towards the glassy exit door of the hospital. The glass door flew open and an old man rushed in, his clothes torn, his eyes stretched apart, he looked crazy, his hair undressed and pointing towards heaven. ?Hey, excuse me, can I help? Nathan?s words were still half spoken, the old man had come near to him maintaining a scary distance, the feeble man caught the collar of the doctors shirt. Completely puzzled doctor Nathan tried to help the old man; he knew that the old man was counting his final breaths, but the shock had come sooner than expected. The old man stopped breathing, his unclosed eyes still locked on the doctor, staring hard at Nathan. ?Oh god? the surprised tone of the doctor had been the answer to the questions made by his own brain but those mysterious eyes were still staring at him. Questions still kept him surrounded,?who is this man?, ?why has he come to this hospital in such conditions?, ?what did he wanted to pass on? ?What was he going to say??.
