Ganesha Goes To Lunch
(Kamla K. Kapur)

Publicidade
Kamla K. Kapur, the Indian-born US based author, after her successful poetic anthology, As A Fountain In A Garden, has come out with a beautiful collection of some of India's mythical tales.  Ganesha, the Hindu god, with human body and face of a baby elephant, is the most talked about image around the world.  Kamla, during her brief sojourn in India in her hermitage in Himalayas researched and penned down some of the well known and not so well known tales and myths of Hindu tradition, for the western readers.
The short stories are extremely relevant to modern times as Kamla has weaved the philsophical import of various myths from Indian culture, embellished and dramatized them, to make the readers draw practical lessons from the realities of life and the challenges one faces in day to day living, making them immensely engrossing and readable.

The book has been published by Mandala Publications, USA, and is available through Amazon also.
