Pascalian Meditations
(Pierre Bourdieu)
In Pascalinas Meditations we find one of the workmanships that better represent the intellectual maturity of Pierre Bourdieu. In its deep and structuralized analyses well the French sociologist in takes them to an inquiry way where in we come across them with the proper logic of the classifications and the judgments socially constructed and tacitamente recognized. Since Kant he was not possible to perceive no author who could carry through in so deep and so coesa way this monumental enterprise of analysis of what pparently it is not more object of analysis for already having itself become naturalized (the habits and habitus). In this Bourdieu book it carries through in spectacular way a Critical one of the Scholastic Reason, showing how the academy and the schools had in general become separate places of the social world, and therefore they produce interpretations disforme concerning this (showing in emphatical way the necessity of the Skholé - dedicated free time to the diletantismo - for the agent of the academy that it needs to affirm itself as wise). In other sections of the book it carries through a compound of auto-analysis of its trajectory and questioning of the sociological theories (as of Talcott Parson), everything this carried through as if it was dialoguing with philosophers as Kant and Pascal (to who it must the inspiration for the heading of the book). Workmanship fenomenal, and extremely excellent for all those that they desire to keep and to deepen studies in the area of Sciences Human beings.
