The employees tend to be ?negotiable? as soon as discover that they cannot count on the company. At last, the previous world to the ?new capitalism? was more bureaucratic, previsible. Another observed aspect when the work if becomes unreadable is the lack of solidarity inside of the group, the work passes to be individualized, has minor exchange of emotions between the workers.
