Publicidade
One hundred years of solitude One hundred years of solitude it refers the legend of the Buendía family throughout six generations in the imaginary town of Macondo. The town almost is established by diverse families guided by Jose Arcadio Buendía and Úrsula Iguarán, a marriage of cousins who married stuffed of predictions and taken care of by its familiar relation and the certain story in the place by as the children to come could have pig tail. Still thus, they had three children: Jose Arcadio, Aureliano and Amaranta (names who will renew in the following generations). Jose Arcadio, the founder, is the one who he leads and follows the track of the inventions that bring the outsiders to the place and finishes his tied life to the tree to where the ghost arrives from its enemy Prudencio Aguilar to engage in a dialog with him. Úrsula is the influential one of the family, who lives almost exclusively for more than one hundred years to the care on his and the home. The town little by little is progressing and with this growth inhabitants of the marsh, bog arrive across that surrounds and leaves incomunicado the town of the outside, as it happens in his native Aracataca, Colombia). With them he simultaneously increases the activity commercial that intensifies the construction in Macondo. Unfortunately, the sleeplessness and the negligence also arrive. The loss of the memory demands to its native ones to imagine a technique not to forget the things and Aureliano begins to label all the objects to remember its names; however, this method begins to fail when the people also forget to read. When civill explodes the war, the population takes active part in the problem when sending an army of resistance trained by colonel Aureliano Buendía (second son of Jose Arcadio), to fight against the preservative regime In the town, meanwhile, Arcadio (grandson of the founder and son of Pounding Ternera and Jose Arcadio) is chosen by its uncle civilian and military head, and it becomes a brutal tyrant tyrant, who is shot when the conservadurismo retakes the power. The war extends and colonel Aureliano is saved to die in several opportunities, until, tired to fight without sense, he fixes a treaty of peace that will last until the aim of the novel. After the treaty company/signature, Aureliano goes off in the chest, but it survives. Aureliano Sad, one of the seventeen children of colonel Aureliano Buendía, installs an ice factory in Macondo, leaves to its Hundredth Aureliano brother to the front of the business and march of the town with the idea of being engaged in the train. It returns after just a short time, fulfilling its mission, which generates a great development, since with the train, the telegraph, gramófono and the cinema also arrive. Then the town becomes a center of activity in the region, attracting thousands of people of diverse places. Some foreigners just arrived begin a plantation of banana tree near Macondo. The town prospers until the sprouting of a strike in the bananera plantation; in order to end her, the national army is made present and the workers who protest are assassinated and thrown to the sea. Úrsula says that it hopes the end of rains finally to die. Babylonia Aureliano is born, the last member of the Buendía line (initially referred like Aureliano Buendía, until more ahead it discovers by parchments of Melquíades that its paternal last name is Babylonia). When rains finish, Úrsula dies and Macondo is desolate. Aureliano remembers that this was predicted in parchments of Melquíades and finishes deciphering the history of the Buendía that already there was written ahead of time, finding that when finishing reading them, its own history and with him would finalize, the history of Macondo. Throughout the novel, all their personages seem predestined to suffer of the solitude, like an innate characteristic of the Buendía family. The same town lives isolated on modernity, always to the delay of the arrival of the gypsys to bring the new inventions; and the forgetfulness, frequents in the recurrent tragic events in the history of the culture that presents/displays the work. Other personages like the founder of Macondo Jose Arcadio Buendía (who dies single tied a tree), Úrsula (that lives the solitude in the blindness on its oldness), Jose Arcadio (son of the founder) and Rebeca (that leaves to live single in another house), Amaranta (that remains solterona), Gerineldo Márquez (that waits for a pension that never arrives), Pietro Crespi (that commits suicide before the rejection of its lovers), among others, undergo the consequences of its solitude and abandonment. One of the fundamental reasons by which they finish single and frustrated it is the incapacity of his personages to love or their prejudices, which breaks with the union of Aureliano Babilonia and Amaranta Úrsula, that did not know their kinship, causing a tragic end in history.
