The distinction of the sorts of speech is possible still to observe as element of utmost importance in: epidíctico (a speech in which we have as basic premise the tacit agreement enters the parts in the direction of that it will not have immediate quarrel of the subject displayed on the part of the audience, as for example, in a religious cult or a classroom) and apodictico (in which the subject treated for the audience is object of debate, consideration and argument, as in a cause julgadaem court, for example).
