Resumo de My True Experience Of Escaping Death That Made Me Value Life

I was in my 10th grade in school. Our School planned to take us out for a picnic to a temple in a place called Srisailam, Andhra Pradesh in India. As we had to leave very early in the morning we spent the previous night in school itself. On the day of the picnic we left at around 5:30 AM in the morning by Bus. We spent the journey to this place by singing, playing games in the bus. The journey was a very pleasant one as thistemple is stituated on a mountain and we had to cross steep roads on the mountain.Breakfast was served to us in the Bus itself. We reached the temple around mid day. The temple was a site to watch as it was beautifully built. After going around the temple & taking snaps, we had lunch at a near by Hotel. After lunch, we decided to return. All of us boarded the bus & started sing & play games. I and my friends were seated in the last row of the bus. We were singing & ragging each other. After an hour or so, I suddenely heard out teacher screem "Jump, Jump all of you jump out of the bus". I and my friends were so busy that we diddnt even take notice of our teacher. All of a sudden we felt that the bus was almost empty. Then I saw our teacher run towards us and start pushing us one by one out of the running bus. By the time my turn came to be pushed out, the bus hit something & stopped. Then the remaining of us along with our teacher got out of the bus. Uptil this time we were not aware of what was happenning. Then I went up to my teacher and asked him "Sir, What happened?" He said "You boys are really lucky that the bus stopped otherwise the bus would have fallen down the mountain and we would have died." Then I asked "But what happened to the bus?" He said "The brakes of the bus had failed & the driver lost control & it was slidding down the road. Luckily for us that there was a huge rock on the side of the road which stopped the bus from falling off the mountain. Its really god's grace that we are alive." Then I realised that I just escaped death. The driver brought a mechanic from a nearby place & repaired the brakes of the bus. After the bus were repaired, we started on our return journey. All through the return journey, I was thinking to myself "What would had happened if I had died that day?" This thought made me realize how short life is & the value of life. This experience with escaping death changed my whole. From that day to the present, keeping that experience in mind, I always try to live life to the fullest. And also advice everyone to do so.
