Cat foods vary alot as to their ingredients. I think the best food for a healthy indoor Cat is some Nutro dry food because it has a lot of vegetables and seems pretty healthy. Cranberries might be important for urinary tract health. A blend of free samples of very healthy, expensive dry foods were not favored by my 21/2 year old ginger cat Buddy. Instead he went for the Meow Mix little kibble kitten and pregnant cat cat food (a food whose ingredient listing is identical to Meow Mix's regular formula. Cozy Kitten is not a brand of kitten food. Its a brand of cat food. Greens might be an important addition to a good cat food, especially for an indoor cat; ive seen alfalfa meal in cat food. Some cat food has duck, lamb, pheasant eggs, chicken. Some have Tuna fish.
